(almost) Mid-Season Analysis The way I see it there are eight teams that have a chance of making the playoffs. However, one of them (FresnoFanaticsFB) can only do so by having the most points besides the league winner and Athens Assassins are included because they play almost everyone ahead of them....

I don't know Greg - I kind of had fun watching my 55 point deficit turn into a 20 point win with McNair, Walker and Franks.

I figured I was already in denial about the Cubs' season so I might as well just add the Packers to that list. Go Badgers!!!

Atlanta's defense at the end of the 17th has turned out real nice for me. Barber in the fourth has been good too.

I've dropped six of my eight last picks too keeping just Atlanta and Streets.

Ugg. 2nd-highest score in the league and I'm facing the top scorer of course. At least I caught up to the front runners in points. Looks like this should be an interesting battle for the playoffs.

nnoy - I don't see how that could ever pay off. basically you're talking about trying to load up one of the three teams which means at most you're letting the #3 pick get a player five spots better than they should every other round.
