Week between draft and opening day an interesting time...

not to mention Culpeppers 40-19 drop off and his 41-7 drop off. he missed games in both of those years but was avg at best even before he was hurt. I have seen C-Pepp, Warner and Manning all go in the 1st round w/ the "he can carry me by himself" attitude and it has NEVER worked out since I have bee...

Week between draft and opening day an interesting time...

P Manning 2004: 48 Td 2005: 28 Td K Warner 1999: 41 TD 2000: 21 TD D Marino 1984: 48 TD 1985: 30 TD D Marino 1986: 44 TD 1987: 26 Td thats probably the 4 best seasons ( fantasy wise) for a QB and the avg drop off from the monster year to the next is 19 TD ! I would love to see an example where a QB ...

Week between draft and opening day an interesting time...

yes actually 42 would shock me. Which number in this sequence jumps out at u as out of place. 28, 24, 28, 28, 27, 24, 50 so yes a 42 TD season that was 14 better than his second best year EVER would shock me. I will concede they have changed the gameplan and aquired Moss but look at Mannings years l...

Great idea, Ill comment on both Grant and Brady since u mentioned them. Grant( I have him so let me be honest about that) He averaged 120 yds and a TD a game after he took over last year. Anyone who averages over 5.0 a carry in the NFL has some talent so I think he is a legit 1st round this time nex...

I hate this week actually. You spend the entire week hoping to not hear anything bad about the players you have drafted. I have K Smith in my local league and was less than thrilled to see the R Johnson signing. I cnat wait untill Thursday though!

If I had it to do over again I would have taken Moss over Gore. i really thought my second round pick was going to be a WR so I wanted the RB in the 1st. The QB and RB were a good value in our draft but the WR got gobbled up extremely fast. My idea was to have a solid 4th WR and not as good of a sec...

I probably didnt word that the best. The league is not weak but its also not unbelievably strong either. I think its because my local league is a NFFC scoring and roster 14 team league and there isnt a team in that league as strong as the top couple in each NFFC league. I also stand by the fact that...
