I've actually tried to implement it in my other leagues in 12 team format. In regular format it seems like the bottom of the draft is always playing catch up at positions unless they go outta suit and take a different position, but that in turn drops more quality players of say RB to the first half ...

If you look at the leaders in stats through week 2 The only Top 5 list that is good from any cheatsheet rankings standpoint are the QB's. WR's and RB's are mixed with tier 1 and tier 3/4 guys. How come Stats inc. hasn't credited Alex Smith with that fumble? I have a league in CBS Sportsline and it shows he has the fumble.
