By the way, even 3,4,5 rr doesen't help fantasy golf drafts.

Week 1 Thoughts
I saw Adrian Peterson's great long run. I saw Brandon Stokley's "miracle" catch. I saw Drew Brees bring a defense to it's knees.(I rhymed and I'm not ashamed) But the thing I can't get out of my mind, and I wish I could, is Hunter Smith running to the end zone on a fake field goal. I've never seen E...

Monday Morning Countdown
I'll try to do this little countdown each Monday or Tuesday. ++++ Go to Adrian Peterson and Drew Brees. They showed everyone why they were the top picks at each of their positions. 10- The difference between Donovan McNabb's rushing yards (27) and Steve Slaton's rushing yards (17)... And Slaton was ...

Yeah, I did tell you that. I decided to test the waters again. You didn't even bring up the luck for the head to head and playoffs factors. The luck factor is huge, no doubt. No matter the percentages of luck, the game draws us in. There are four types of people that watch football. The gamblers, fa...

Mark, I stated in earlier NFBC posts that fantasy baseball is 70% luck. Of course, I was roundly criticized, but I still stand by the statement. I've finished 2nd overall and 300th. I know both sides of the coin and they're not that far apart. Situations that arise, the changes over the 26 weeks, da...

Brent Musberger with Jimmy the Greek Snyder....Classic.
They hated each others guts, but Musberger, especially, was so professional that it was hardly apparent to the viewer.
Summerall and Brookshier were one helluva team.

Who are your favorite and least liked analysts? I can't stand Dan Dierdorf- Pompous with puns, a bad combo. Joe Theismann, the guy can be in solitaire and not even notice. As long as he can hear himself talk, he doesen't need an audience (and shouldn't have one) Those I like- Despite his poor job wi...
