Assuming that there are 2 waiver periods, will the released players from period 1 be available to be picked up in the 2nd waiver period? No need for 2 periods, just move the 1st back. As far as a reason for not wanting 2 waiver periods: Some people don't have all day to spend on fantasy football, no...
