In my home league we have a 1 reserve player rule.

You can name any player on your bench as your reserve and they automatically take their place in the line-up if they score more than someone else at their position (due to injury or just poor play)

It becomes quite tactical.

Well I want the Dolphins to blow the AFC East wide open by winning in New England but I think Gronk is going to destroy us.
