HHHMMMMMMM....
As someone who was in a league earlier this summer where someone made "unconventional" picks. I don't think it made the rest of the league as strong as some implied. All good drafters and one questionable drafter doesn't swing things as much as say having 4 or 5 mediocre drafters all in one league.....

ZMan v. BWaz - Who is your $ on?
If you enjoy competition this looks like a great league to have fun in.

EDITED 8-29 A lot of Guarantees have conditions in fine print disclaimers. Since one other fantasy company example I gave in another thread (Thread disappeared?) is no longer around I'll just erase the other example I used here too. I did get another email from Krause/Fantasy Informant promoting FFO...

Their August 25th disclaimer is now gone. Maybe because it is no longer needed as they made their decisions today. It was there and was even posted as a reason to be concerned at FFPC message board thread. (maybe even here in Gregs thread or this one..I don't feel like scrolling through all those pa...

Snake- I'm Responding to this thread which has been very negative towards FFOC and whether it would even take place. KJ Duke took plenty of crap for stating why he felt it was possible for a company to operate at a loss in year 1. That the contest is now a definate go is very relevant to this thread...

UYT- Their disclaimer said they had until August 25th (beat this deadline by 3 days today) to decide things like this and whether the contest would be a go. Some players had speculated the prizes might even be cut in half. Obviously they decided to keep the main prize in each bracket at 100%. This k...

UYT- No league will have 9 teams drop out. That's going to a rediculous extreme argument ( this thread has some pretty questionable things already posted). The payouts are currently at over 300% they will almost certainly finish way over 100%. For those who joined already did they only join because ...

Gekko- Didn't NFFC have to lower the grand prize the year you won? I thought I remember reading that it starting out as 200K. Did people back out when that happened or did they understand that Greg had to at least try to minimize some losses even if he was willing to pay over 100% payback? [ August ...
