Chicago League 5 - pick 5
I think Portis will be able to hold up for the length of the season. The injury is probably just played up as being worse than it is, mostly by Portis, so he never has to play in the preseason again. I worry about Thomas Jones, as if Benson somehow finds a way to crack the lineup, his value decrease...

Will work on getting a different name. Don't want my guy Steve to end up sounding smarter than he actually is... Excellent pickup of DeAngelo. I don't necessarily believe in the handcuff theory because it's nice to have starters from all around the league instead of owning 1B to a 1A, but in this ca...

The signature line was put up there by my co-manager. He didn't finish college... In future posts, I'm sure you will be able to distinguish which one of us is doing the writing. Our styles are completely different. Sranaghan, I don't have much faith in DeShaun Foster. He's been in the league for fou...

King of Queens-
Am I missing something? I think I used the correct words at the appropriate time.
Doesn't matter though, because if you're from Queens, we all can't understand a word you say - it's not even English.

Yeah, but you don't really learn anything in an MBA program, except how to network and schmooze with your classmates and companies looking for talent. Undergrad business courses is where you learn all the theories. I also went to a pretty good school myself...

I love this! Never seen so much feedback about fantasy football from many different points of view. Lee Scoresby, I don't know what you do for a living (for all I know you are a financial analyst or a stockbroker), but I would put up my Finance/Investments degree against your theory on past performa...

I'm the co-manager of the team we're discussing, so the cockiness isn't going to be the same as my partner. The comment about the consistency of the RBs is without merit. I like to pick my players based on what I think they will do this year, not what they did last year. You can't choose players bas...

I've been in this league for 3 years and I can't believe some of the players I got in this years draft. Check out our roster and let me know what you think (players are in exact draft order) RB Steven Jackson, STL RB Kevin Jones, DET RB Frank Gore, SF QB Tom Brady, NE WR Joey Galloway, TB WR Terry G...
