Re: Miami DEF
On a side-note.. I am not sure if the recovery of an onside kick counts as a fumble recovery. I believe the Dolphins got one. ANyone know?

Re: Miami DEF
I am sure that will get fixed later. Sometimes unusual plays take a bit of time to show properly in the live scoring.

Re: And then we have fantasy football
As has been said before... There is more luck involved in fantasy football than baseball. Skill is STILL more important in fantasy football than is luck. Luck does impact results in fantasy baseball. They are different animals. Every year frustration boils over for someone who wants to feel like the...

Re: And then we have fantasy football
I disagree with the blackjack statement from a previous poster. Whether poker, blackjack, or fantasy football, it's all about increasing your "odds" for success. By playing the hand correctly in poker or blackjack or by choosing the right players in a fantasy football draft, in FAAB, or to start in...

Re: And then we have fantasy football
I believe every year around this time we have a thread like this. Where frustration kicks in and people vent about why they invest/spend this kind of money on something with such luck connected to it. I think people being fair recognize that there is a significant skill component to this with a week...

Re: Week 6 Fantasy Pain
Sadly, I must admit I had to start Kuhn 2 weeks ago ... he got me .6! Great first post in this thread... Everyone into this game can relate to the exact way that was worded... "bloodletting"... hysterical....

Re: Win $1,200 In This Week's NFFC/Fanduel.com Contest
Two weeks ago it ran with only 13 players. I don't think it ran last week. Best odds I was ever going to get at $1500 and finish 11 out of 13. I suck at this. I should collect stamps or something. I think the cut off may be 10 unless they changed it. Good luck all, I am going to stick to he $1-5 ga...

Re: Wednesday/Friday Waivers
I think running Wednesday waivers for only Thursday players makes sense for two reasons: 1) As already mentioned multiple times, there's simply not enough information available to make good decisions for a full FAAB run on Wednesday. People are needlessly wasting FA money because the playing status...

Re: Wednesday/Friday Waivers
I apologize if this has been addressed as I have been in and out of this discussion. I assume there are some people in the camp of running a full faab for all players Weds night before the Thursday game. Can I ask someone in that camp to give me the downside to running a limited faab just for playe...
