i was one of the VERY FEW who took LT with this seasons #1 pick based on my entire season being connected to that pick due to my next pick being #28... i thought LT was the safer pick, and holmes the slightly more explosive... i was lucky and ended up right and i ended up being one of the few guys who made the playoffs drafting from the #1 spot...

i would take LT again with number one pick..

assuming scoring rules are same...

1-LT
2-manning
3-alexander
4-green
5-holmes
6- culpepper
7- a green
8- e green
9- moss
10- portis

1. Manning Never injured Points generated over 2nd tier QBS will be lot greater than LT and Holmes if healthy over 2nd tier RBS
2. Holmes if healthy and used as he had been would have highest point generated discrepancy over any other RBs
3.LT
4.Alexander if in Sea
5.Edge only in Indy
6. Moss
7. Dante
8. Owens
9. D Davis Next elite back does it all
10. Green another year older

[/QUOTE]Hey Billy...Look at Rudi's respectable, but not superstar numbers this season...THEN, look at his schedule this season. It's like the NFL slapped the Bengals in the face for becoming a legit team and gave them a schedule that had them playing solid defenses all year long. Rudi, next year.

When a player has such an outlier year (Manning), you just can't pencil him in for that in the following season. I'm still waiting for Harrison's next 140-catch season!

There was a time when Haywood Jeffires was a guaranteed 100 receptions for the Houston Oilers. He would have gone high in our drafts.
