The Titans are believed to have slated Henry as their starting running back for the season opener against the Jets, CBS Sportsline.com reports.

Did anyone else confirm this ?

Yeah, they're hoping someone actually believes it, so they can trade him. They don't like this kid in Nashville, ever since his 4-game suspension for drugs right after he was traded to them from Buffalo.

Proceed with caution....especially since the Tenn defense is so bad. Not sure how much they'll be running the ball after the first quarter anyway.

News: According to a source close to the Titans, CBS SportsLine.com has learned that Travis Henry is expected to be the Tennessee's starting running back when they play vs. the Jets in Week 1 of the regular season. "Chris Brown is listed as the No. 1 running back in name only," the source said, citing Henry's dedication to the offseason workouts and overall ability as the main reasons why he'll start over Brown and rookie LenDale White.

"Kevin Barlow is our best RB. We have no interest in trading Kevan"; paraphrasing Coach Mike Nolan. A few days later...Kevan Barlow traded to NY Jets. Sound familiar. Hhmmm...thinks Jeff Fisher (doesn't seem Floyd Reese ever thinks).... Maybe those sharp as a tack Jets will bite on Henry also.

Jeff Fisher, so far, has won the "Tard" coach of the pre-season. Good Job Jeff. Tennesee will be the laughing stock of their division.
