TOUGH GOING FOR LJ

Sound Advice,Im not a big CHIEF fan,but when one of your best wr"GONZO" has to stay into block, though I know you tried to address the o-line,but you didnt add any wr's to help BOWE.2NDLY if you are looking for LJ to be a beast,do you honestly think ther is ANY qb on that roster that would scare a NFL defense?Herm is the one that will take the fall, but lets look upstairs and their past drafts before you put HERM to the firing squad........

It's ownership, general mangership and coaching.
They will continue to be a laughing stock until they change at least 2 out of those 3 things.
Then wake me up and we'll chat about LJ.

So with all the things you are saying here, Dennis, I think you would agree that LJ is/was NOT a good pik for 2008???

That is really all this thread is now about. Doesn't matter if someone said someone wouldn't be getting a shot at the goal line.

all i know is that herm is terrible(just as he was with jets). the chiefs are terrible. it is tough to run the ball when your down by 31 in the 3erd quarter. plus the chiefs are not in the red zone often enough to worry about goal line carries.
THIS IS THE BUSINESS WE HAVE CHOSEN

Plain and simple, the Chiefs are a bad NFL team and to "...come back in about 4-6 weeks time" to evalute a 1st or 2nd pick in LJ is not a winning proposition.

I have a hunch LJ shuts it down or is traded if his cap number allows it.

I picked up J Charles on a flyer, just in case.
2008- Didn't finish last overall in the Classic.
2009- Didn't finish last overall in the Classic or Primetime.

or actually drafted J Charles if you truly believed that LJ was not a good choice for this year.
