Lineup Locks

Tom & Greg,

I'm unsure about the weekly locks for the lineups. I realize this week is confusing because it comes mid week. Can you clarify when they actually lock for the season.

Thanks.

First games have started and Lineups are not locked, only those players who's games have started. This is the third week in a row. The IT department is a mess. What are the rules? We've gotten screwed because of this, please call me and I'll explain.

We've gotten screwed because of this, please call me and I'll explain. Just so everyone knows in the NFBBC, the lineups are all locking on Monday's when the first game begins. All players in your Set Lineup are locked at once; that is not staggered.

What is happening is that if you have that Set Lineup window open before the deadline and don't log out, it will still show the current week until you log out and allow you to change your lineup. It won't take into the system for the current week, it will only be changes you are making for the next week. But you actually need to log out of that Set Lineup page and come back into it for the setup to show the next week's Set Lineup. So Joe is right when he said he didn't see the lineups locking, but they were locked. He just didn't see that happen until he logged out of that page.

We have checked every timestamp for the first three weeks and no lineup changes were made after the deadline. Continue to proceed with lineups locking before the first games on Monday and just log out of that Set Lineup window once the deadline has passed. You can then set your lineup for the next week as early as Monday night if you'd like.

I hope this helps.

I doubt you even need to log-out. Just open a new tab, window, or re-navigate to the page. refreshing might even be enough. Sorry that this has messed you up Joe.

-Craig Thanks Craig. All I wanted from day one was a rules clarification because I guess I was seeing something no one else was. I had game time decision injuries in week two that had late starts. Ended up with three guys not playing the first half of the week. Nothing would be different right now if I had been looking at it properly. Thanks again and good luck this year.

Greg, per our discussion last night, were you able to get this clarified through IT?
