I know he can be a bit of a douche but I can't believe nobody has signed him yet. He'd be a huge upgrade for the Raiders behind McFadden. Like you said Mike, the Chargers should be reaching out to him. I'd much rather see Benson in the Packers' backfield than Starks. Lot of teams relying on inferior talent. I can't believe it's the price tag either; not like Benson's going to get a big deal from anyone at this point. I'm surprised that both he and Ryan Grant (who admittedly isn't the same player he once was) haven't been signed yet.

If you're bailing on RBs early you know who's suddenly become a guy you might want to target in Rounds 3-5?

Ryan Mathews.

:o
Sure, the name will look good on your roster, but does anyone really believe this will be the last injury he has this year?

Absolutely not. That's why I put in the shock face. :D

The question is now not only how far Matthews drops but how much it raises the value of backs like DeMarco Murray, Matt Forte and Darren Sproles. There are lot of question marks after the top 4

Mathews. He was the biggest risk in the first round this season before last night. He's still incredibly risky. Richardson shouldn't be out longer than Week 2. Lynch may avoid a suspension completely. Obviously if the hammer gets dropped on Lynch that changes everything.
