Week 1 Pick Ups

Are we allowed pickups for week 1 in Online and Primetime events?
There are a couple of injured kickers, so want to know if its necessary to draft a backup, or have the ability to pick one up

No free agent pickups before Week 1. All FAAB will be run for the first time on Wednesday, Sept. 12th.
