WHAT A NIGHT!

Post by mattjb » Mon Dec 03, 2012 10:58 pm

I think after 13 weeks I have made the PrimeTime play-offs on a tie breaker!

Amazingly after 13 weeks I am tied for 3rd with 1812.95 points and the first tie breaker is head to head between the two teams (which I won this week) I had no-one going tonight and he had Cruz. 1 more yard and i'm out.

NO STAT CORRECTIONS PLEASE.

Oh and I won the fanduel $1,200 weekly contest too :D :D

This is wild... I finished tied for most points in my league as well barring a stat correction. Hopefully ties go to W/L.

17. Tie-breaker procedures
If after 13 regular season games, teams are tied for first place, second place or third place, the following tiebreakers will be used in this order:

Total points through 13 weeks
Head-to-head won/lost record against the tied teams (if three or more teams, it's cumulative wins against those common opponents)
Highest point total from Week 13
Highest point total from Week 12
Highest point total from Week 11 down to Week 1 in order
Lowest draft spot

He had a better overall head to head by half a game but that is not the criteria. head to head between the tied teams :D

I may have squeaked out a spot I didn't deserve, but it will be on points. I embarrassingly mis-managed my team while another did a very nice job. If I'm wrong, or it gets reversed by a stat correction I have nobody to blame but myself.

I sweated out the last few yards from Morris on the last drive. I hope it holds up, but like I said, if it doesn't the other team was very deserving.

Joe, congrats. Play in these formats long enough and I'm sure you will run into a few bad beats. Don't be so hard on
Your team and enjoy your good fortune. Good luck moving forward and congrats. A few more bucks for a 12 teamer in Vegas come March. See you then.

Not only did I drink too much of way too old Bailey's last night and passed out in the middle of MNF (the game is at 3.30am Finnish time), I woke up to shit like my ass was on fire and soon after realize this:

Cocktails and Dreams - x (1) 12 1 0 1916.15
FinnishFlash - y (2) 7 6 0 1914.6
El Diablo - y (3) 9 4 0 1912.5

Had a bad feeling when Marcel Reece had a 12 yard reception called off because of an illegal formation in the garbage time. Now I know why.

Absolutely gutted, hungover and stomach doing cartwheels.

Doesn't get much closer than that guys! I'd wish you all good luck for the playoffs if you didn't have such good teams.

PS. Cocktails check your private messages.

^^^^^ What happens in this situation in terms of how the money gets paid? I am in a situation like that and listed as 3rd place even though I have the 2nd best record and 3rd most points.

Woulda Coulda Shoulda - x (1) 10 3 0 1885.15
MANKIND and the BIG WEEZY - y (2) 7 6 0 1912.75
The Dumpster Slayers - z (3) 9 4 0 1883

Boli;

If that is an online championship, unfortunately you don't win any league prizes. $500 would go to Woulda Coulda Shoulda for best record, and $500 would go to MANKIND for most points. They then battle out for the remaining $1100.

You'd still have a chance at the overall prizes though.

So in this league

Oak OL 1 - x (1) 8 5 0 1880.85
Strohmboli34 - y (2) 7 6 0 1902.85

I could still win $1600 since I got 2nd? I have at least $500 coming correct?
