Start / Sit

Post by afv » Fri Nov 01, 2013 7:54 am

Too many middle of the road options.....I wish this was a DC team

RB - Pick 1
Woodhead (cake match-up v Wash)
Sproles (Jets s/b tough)

WR - Pick 2
Boykin (MNF, James Jones?)
Torrey Smith (Haden)
Golden Tate (no other options in Sea)
Kendall Wright (high floor/low ceiling)
Colston (surprisingly inconsistent)

Of course TE - Pick 1
Cameron (hard to sit)
Gates (Wash match-up)

Flex

FWIW

Woodhead
Boykin (Jones is out)
KWright (consistency)
Gates
Colston or Cameron

Tate vs Revis? No thanks.

Woodhead seems like a no-brainer, even with mathews getting increased production. Can't start Sproles until he shows up. No clue what's wrong with him or why he's not involved. He'll eventually jump in and post 30, just don't know when it's going to happen.

I'd start Kendall Wright this week for sure! Boykin is near impossible to bench, but facing the Bears for the first "real" time might be tough... Not too afraid of Torrey vs Haden. He scored on him last time.

Start both of your tight ends this week.

Good dilemma to have It's hard to bench either one. I'd take Sproles with more upside.

Pick 2 I wouldn't even consider Colston something is wrong there. Tate, Boykin, Smith, and Wright have all been good. I'd rankem in that order. Smith has the Haden matchup and Wright's QB sucks balls. I would trust Wilson and Rodgers to put up good numbers. So Tate and Boykin. Even if Jones plays Boykin has looked real nice. Tate has looked awesome for a few weeks now.

I don't think I could bench Cameron but Campbell sucks you know what.

Flex dilemma I have Ben Tate on Sunday Night. Do I take a chance and hope Foster don't play or do I start Drew Davis. Tate was declared ready to play. Foster is a game time decision and both practiced. Roddy sounds like he could play but how much would that diminish Davis?

Tough. Tate could be limited regardless of Foster and Drew Davis might not see a target. Because it sounds like Roddy is going to play and Drew is fourth in line I'd roll with Tate who has the higher floor and optionality vs a potential zero.

Need a WR3 and Flex from these:

G Tate (vs TB)
K Wright (at STL)
J Witten (vs MIN)
F Jackson (vs KC)
E Sanders (at NE)

Thoughts?

Tough call but nice options. Freddy has been money all year but if Tuel starts that will have a high suck factor. I would start Golden for sure he's looked pretty nice. Flex comes down to Jason vs. Freddy (not Krueger and Vorhees of course). My gut says Witten is due for a big game. Spiller is back this week.

N. Foles or A. Smith? J. Kearse or D. Avery? This bye week has me scrambling for just decent options.

I think that Colston has been very consistent:)

When the wheels fall off of a player, it just sometimes happens overnight. I'm sitting him everywhere which means you should probably play him.

No way I sit Cameron.
