22 Owners Competing For $75,000 Main Event Bonus

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Tue Dec 03, 2013 4:38 pm

I'm VERY EXCITED to report that we have 22 different owners who are still in the hunt for $325,000 in prize money. This is the highest number of owners we've had in line for the Classic-Primetime bonus since we've been doing this and it includes the highest number of Classic and Primetime teams. Someone here could walk away with $250,000 in overall prize money PLUS a $75,000 cash bonus if they win the Classic and Primetime overall titles!!

NOW THAT'S EXCITING!!

But it won't be easy. There are a lot of great teams in the hunt for both overall titles. And a few owners have multiple teams in the hunt for the top prize in each contest. But it's exciting to know that so many owners are looking at this next three-week sprint with the knowledge that if everything falls perfectly for two of their teams that they could receive a life-altering $325,000 prize check. Let's see if anyone can do it.

Here's the bonus from the NFFC Bonuses link under Learn More:

NFFC Classic & Primetime Bonus
$75,000

The NFFC will offer a $75,000 cash bonus to any owner who can win the overall titles in both the NFFC Classic & Primetime Main Events. If someone can accomplish that, the total prize winnings will be $325,000+ ($150,000 in the Primetime, $100,000 in the Classic, $75,000 cash bonus plus any league winnings). Only those owners entered in both events -- and owners can have multiple teams in each event to increase their odds of winning -- have a shot at this $75,000 cash bonus.

Here are the owners who are in line for this $75,000 cash bonus and the teams they have in each event:
Tyson Siegele - 2 Classic teams in the Championship Round, 7 Primetime Teams in the Championship Round
Chris Eibl - 1 Classic, 2 Primetimes
Chad Schroeder - 2 Classics, 5 Primetimes
Jared Danielsen - 2 Classics, 5 Primetimes
Ken Magner - 1 Classic, 1 Primetime
Michael Edelman - 1 Classic, 2 Primetimes
Jason Esteybar - 1 Classic, 1 Primetime
Matthew Shepherd - 1 Classic, 1 Primetime
Glenn Lowy - 2 Classics, 1 Primetime
Matthew Bayley - 2 Classics, 1 Primetime
Josh Ferenc - 1 Classic, 1 Primetime
Glenn Schroter - 2 Classics, 1 Primetime
Bob Particelli - 1 Classic, 2 Primetimes
William Sovak - 1 Classic, 1 Primetime
David Hubbard/Nelson Sousa - 2 Classics, 1 Primetime
Jason Steeves - 2 Classics, 1 Primetime
Jack Haan, 1 Classic, 1 Primetime
KJ Duke - 1 Classic, 1 Primetime
Dave Clum - 1 Classic, 1 Primetime
James Loveless - 1 Classic, 2 Primetimes
Roger Mathews - 1 Classic, 1 Primetime
Tony Wilhelm - 1 Classic, 1 Primetime

What do you think of this list? Pretty cool to have so much prize money on the line. Let's do it.

Lots of owners with multiple teams in each format. Someone could actually pull this off!

There wouldn't be any standings for this. This is a $75k bonus if you win both.

The combined standings for the classic/online are because there are cash bonuses for having the most points combined in those contests.

The standings for this are just how high are you in both competitions right? For example: Jason Steeves 1st in Prime, 4th in Classic!!!!! :o Well done, Jason! Going to be a long week until next Sunday for you! Good luck!

No, the $75k bonus is for winning both the Primetime and the Classic, not combined standings.

Good luck Jason though, nice start and nice guy!

Correct, he has to win them both. But at 1st and 4th no one has a better chance than him at the moment.

Twenty-two owners are in line for the $75,000 cash bonus for winning both Main Event overall titles. If anyone can do that, it will be a $325,000 payday in the NFFC!! Right now Michael Edelman has the best chance of pulling this off as he's 1st overall in the NFFC Classic Championship Round and 2nd in the NFFC Primetime Championship Round! Nice job Michael, but we still have two excrutiating weeks of competition left. Good luck to all going forward.

Here's a look at the 22 owners and where their teams are located after Week 14 in both Main Events:

Ty Siegele: 23rd and 40th in the Classic; 5th, 13th, 26th, 47th, 54th, 65th and 85th in the Primetime
Chris Eibl: 46th in the Classic; 40th in the Primetime
Chad Schroeder: 2nd, 43rd in the Classic; 8th, 18th, 61st, 71st and 91st in the Primetime
Jared Danielsen: 10th and 18th in the Classic; 57th, 66th, 81st, 92nd and 106th in the Primetime
Ken Magner: 37th in the Classic; 11th in the Primetime
Michael Edelman: 1st in the Classic; 2nd and 37th in the Primetime
Jason Esteybar: 19th in the Classic; 90th in the Primetime
Matthew Shepherd: 52nd in the Classic; 51st in the Primetime
Glenn Lowy: 33rd in the Classic; 107th in the Primetime
Matthew Bayley: 24th and 54th in the Classic; 46th in the Primetime
Josh Ferenc: 28th in the Classic; 33rd in the Primetime
Glenn Schroter: 4th and 47th in the Classic; 52nd in the Primetime
Bob Particelli: 21st in the Classic; 45th and 79th in the Primetime
William Sovak: 36th in the Classic: 108th in the Primetime
David Hubbard/Nelson Sousa/Derek Pierson: 11th and 45th in the Classic; 15th in the Primetime
Jason Steeves: 13th and 27th in the Classic; 3rd in the Primetime
Jack Haan: 25th in the Classic; 29th in the Primetime
KJ Duke: 17th in the Classic; 20th in the Primetime
Dave Clum: 20th in the Classic; 44th in the Primetime
James Loveless: 50th in the Classic; 21st and 82nd in the Primetime
Roger Mathews: 60th in the Classic; 83rd in the Primetime
Tony Wilhelm: 61st in the Classic; 27th in the Primtime

Can anyone from this list win the $75,000 cash bonus and $325,000 in total? We'll find out in two weeks. Good luck all and thanks for supporting both formats so vigorously.
