Just to be clear, the draft orders posted are final? I ask because I have not receive an email nor is there a thread in the league forum section.

I just want to say THANKS to everyone involved in the First Weekend events for being so patient with the draft spots. Some of these leagues didn't fill exactly on time and some of these leagues needed a little extra time to run draft spots and we know it's a pain. Plus I threw a new wrinkle in as I wanted to make sure that every single owner understood KDS and had their KDS settings in place. There wasn't a single owner in any of the First Weekend Classics, Primetimes or Supers who didn't set their KDS the way they wanted. That will make every league more competitive.

Unfortunately, that caused a lapse when we created the league with owners and then delayed the creation of the draft spots. We hadn't planned on this delay and it's my fault, but going forward we'll just have to hide the league creation from view until draft spots are run. We can do that.

But I think at the end of the day everything worked to make each league better and more competitive. And I saw a lot of leagues where KDS really worked well. I'm looking at the last Classic League we ran and six owners got their first preference in a 14-team league. That's hard to do because a lot of people don't like the top spots, but 8 of 14 got a Top 2 pick and that's a good start.

I hope you got a draft spot you wanted. Thanks for taking the time to set your KDS and to be patient with us. First Weekend is full and now it's time to host the big drafts!! And then let's fill up Second Weekend early. That makes it easier on me and Tom. Thanks.
