Thomas Libretti Wins 2021 NFFC Silver Bullet & $35,000

Congrats to Thomas Libretti of Malverne, New York as he won two prestigious national NFFC titles in 2021. Thomas won the $200,000 grand prize in the NFFC Primetime and he won the $35,000 grand prize in the NFFC Silver Bullet. He becomes only the second player to win two national titles in the same year, joining Scott Kelly & Jeff Dawson, who won the 2017 NFFC Classic and the 2017 Rotowire Online Championship.

Thomas became our third champion in the industry's only single-entry, season-long national championship, joining Mike Santos and Lane McVey. We finished with a record 228 teams and 19 leagues this year in the NFFC Silver Bullet and Thomas won his September 5th Silver Bullet Online league for $4,000 and then defeated 57 teams in the Championship Round for the $35,000 grand prize.

Thomas finished 16.37 points ahead of Brian Owens for the title as Brian finished second in this national contest and second in the NFFC Classic. Rounding out our Top 5 in the Silver Bullet were Joe DiGalbo, Joshua Dombrowski and Roger Gonzalez. We paid the Top 10 overall in the Championship Round.

His MooseOnaHill team entered the Championship Round in 19th place, but it scored 191.50 points in Week 15 to move into third place. MooseOnaHill scored 194.90 points in Week 17 to take the lead and it then scored 140.10 points in Week 17 to hold onto the lead. Brian's team scored 219.80 points in Week 17 to move up 14 spots into second place. Great job everyone and congrats to everyone who won prize money in this contest.
