50 Owners Have Won NFFC Primetime League Titles After Week 14

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Tue Dec 10, 2024 11:49 am

It was a wild Week 14 in the NFL with some breakout performances from the likes of Josh Allen, Sam Darnold, Ja'Marr Chase and others as it was one of the highest scoring weeks of the year. It also was a wild and crazy end to the 2024 NFFC Primetime's regular season, capped off with Chase, Burrow and the Bengals winning at Dallas. That crazy week also upended a lot of NFFC Primetime league races both in h2h matchups and in total points.

But at the end of Week 14, we still had 50 of 88 NFFC Primetime leagues finish with one team earning the $7,000 league prize. That's right, 56.8% of the NFFC Primetime leagues are already decided with one team earning best h2h record and most points. That's up from 48% last year. What this also means, however, is that we still have 38 NFFC Primetime leagues that are undecided as two teams split the best h2h record and most points. Those two teams in those 38 NFFC Primetime leagues will now compete in Weeks 15 through 17 for the final $3,600 and the league title. Good luck everyone.

Those two teams in those 38 leagues each won $3,400 and will battle for that last $3,600. The other 50 NFFC Primetime champions owners have already earned the $7,000 league prize. Congrats to all of you. They include Chad Schroeder, who has already won SEVEN NFFC Primetime league titles, while Chris Eibl has won three Primetime league titles. Winning two Primetime league titles each are Richard Bell and Pete Lukowicz. Other Primetime league champions after Week 14 include: Brett LaBar, Chris Birchby, Jeff Pretzer, Ron Chan, Peter Berall, Bob Catsiroumpas, Michael O'Brien, Ross Schaufelberger, Jonathan Vriesma, David Martino, Chris Vaccaro, Dominic Cristelli, Henry Muto, Glenn Schroter, Stephen Ciepiela, Adam Kleeberg, Greg Dietzler, Anthony Mahan, Chris Corcoran, Kyle Brinkmann, Michael Sosnowski, Mark Srebro, Kenny Stratton, Mike Doria, Matthew Korn, Keith Butler, Jon Clift, Curtis Hirsch, Steve Rucki, David Webb, Robert Sigle, Duke Viveros, Eddie Gillis, Jason Anthony, Terry Rollins and Randy Mechels.

Last week at this time, only 44 of 88 leagues had one team leading in most points and best h2h record, but obviously Week 14 allowed some of the best teams to elevate into first place in both categories. That's why we love the 14-week regular season because it sure does allow some of the best teams to win both ends of the league prize. Good luck to everyone going forward.

Here's the crazy numbers from the first 14 weeks of the 2024 NFFC Primetime season:

* 39 leagues still have the Primetime league title up for grabs
* 26 leagues finished in h2h ties for first place
* one league has 5 teams tied for 1st place, while two other leagues have 4 teams tied for first place. Seventeen leagues have two teams tied with same h2h records and six other leagues finished with three teams tied with the same h2h records.
* 49 leagues finished Week 14 with one team having best h2h record and most points. Fourteen other leagues had the h2h champion second in points. Other h2h winners and where they finished in points: 3rd (9 teams), 4th (11 teams), 5th (2 teams), 6th (2 teams) and 8th (1 team). Only five of 88 h2h champions (5.7%) finished lower than fourth in their league in points.

The 49 league champions mentioned above have already won the $7,000 league prize. The two teams that split the h2h and the total points leads each won $3,400 and they will now compete in Weeks 15 to 17 for most total points, with that team winning the final $3,600 league prize and the league title. Good luck to everyone in those matchups during these next three weeks.

The Top 3 teams in each league have now advanced to the Championship Round for a shot at the $250,000 grand prize. They will take their weekly scoring average from Weeks 1-14 and will add their scores from Weeks 15, 16 and 17 to that. The team with the most points after Week 17 wins the $250,000 grand prize. Good luck everyone.

You can see the current standings for the Championship Round by going to Overall Standings and clicking on Week 15. Every team in the Primetime Championship Round is now ranked by their weekly scoring average and that will be updated in real-time during Weeks 15 through 17.

Re: 50 Owners Have Won NFFC Primetime League Titles After Week 14

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Wed Dec 11, 2024 3:56 pm

Okay, all of the matchups for the 38 NFFC Primetime leagues that still have not determined a champion are listed above. While going through each matchup, I also found that I had one league wrong. Richard Bell won his second NFFC Primetime league title that I missed, which means 50 of the 88 Primetime leagues have already crowned champions. Those teams finished Week 14 with most points and best h2h record in their respective leagues.

Well done everyone. Take a look at the 38 other Primetime matchups and wish those 76 owners good luck!!! :D Good luck everyone.

Three of the four NFFC Classic leagues have also been decided after Week 14. Congrats to our league champions and all of our prize winners in this great, great format. Here are those results:

NFFC Classic Las Vegas August 31, 1 pm PT: 2 teams tied at 11-3; 1st in points (William Dandridge is league champ and wins $16,000)
NFFC Classic Online August 28, 10 pm ET: 3 teams tied at 11-3; 1st in points (Eric O'Neill is league champ and wins $16,000)
NFFC Classic Las Vegas September 5, Noon PT: 12-2, four teams tied at 9-5; 3rd in points (Martin Bedell vs. William McAleer for last $11,000)
NFFC Classic Las Vegas September 7, 1 pm PT: four teams tied at 9-5; 1st in points (Scott Stauffer is league champ and wins $16,000)

Great job everyone. The Top 4 teams in each Classic League made it to the Championship Round and will battle for the overall title and a FREE 2025 NFFC Classic entry. We've had 20 different overall champions in 20 years, so let's see if we get our first two-time champ or another new overall Classic champion. Good luck all.
