Wow did anyone else have the balls to start this rookie in his first game??
Started him in both mains!!
Should be a great flex even with Marshall and looks good for Cutler in both mains :D

I just wish I didn't start Warner instead of Cutler in NBC

At least I took out Coles for Royal ;)

Balls? If you weren't going to start him in this game, with Marshall out...when were you planning on starting him?

And yes, he looked pretty good. It's amazing, he equaled about a 1/3 of his senior stats from college in one NFL game.

I'm a founding member of the club. And I agree. Starting him was a no-brainer in the 14 team league. Glad I did. Wish I started him in the 12 teamer over Berrian. Oops. Won't make that mistake again.

A no brainer? Looks like one in hindsight but let's see how well did the other rookies with a ton of oppurtunity do...
C.Taylor J Morgan were also drafted were Royal was how did they do?
Not to mention Royal was against 2 of the supposed best corners in the league and the fact I benched Coles for him who was against Miami and supposed to start, but hey you guy's know everything so I guess I should just ask you who to start next week...
But at least starting him in the 12 teamer was somewhat ballsy then!
Either way the rook has some SERIOUS SKILLS!
I don't know I have seen a reciever that wide open so much in a game now that's seperation!

Perhaps it was a no-brainer for me when you see my other options at WR! Seriously, I had the benefit of seeing him in a pre-season game and I liked what I saw. Add in the fact that he is a starter opposite Marshall and Marshall is suspended and I say no-brainer. That was my thought process FWIW.

The facts aren't quite the same for Taylor or Morgan, so you can't really equate them to Royal IMO.

Not equateing but closest example that's all, it's VERY rare for a first game reciever to do well so a no brainer is rediculous to say go look up how well all your favourite recievers did in there first game. Then check out 2nd round recievers in there first game, how did they do??

Ridiculous is pretty strong, but differing opinions come with fantasy ball. That's what I like about it. Good luck to you.

As a Cutler owner in 1/2 my leagues, count me IN as a member of the Eddie Club.

I have Eddie in 7 leagues. That was great to see him go off last night. He looks very confident, quick, and precise. We won't see that stat line every game, but he is going to be a force.

I am regretting the fact that he did not start in all of my line-ups, but I am not going to complain.
