i am sure many leagues have amazing stories regarding how their league came down to the wire.. but in all my years playing fantasy football i do not think i have seen one this unreal...
now, i will state up front that as far as i can tell, i won this league...
i was in control of the league with 4 weeks to go with a record of 8-1 and a solid overall point total even with invisible WR's and nearly zero production from any of them all season. most of us at least get LUCKY with WR's from time and time and get a surprise good game... i almost never got a game from anyone like that even with the fact i had drafted FIVE #1 or 2 WR options from different teams...
my team got snapped off a few times late in the season, and then, in the final week of the season, i made a last second lineup change that cost me my game...
there were THREE other teams that were tied with me going into the final game. and to my shock, ALL 3 lost... but even with that, i needed to hold onto my overall point lead to win the league title.. and one team that was behind me needed about 75 points out of keyshawn and julius jones.. very unlikely you would assume.. as seldom do BOTH a WR and RB have huge games for same team in same game...
well you all might have seen the ridiculousness that ended that monday night game with jones having a career game, keyshawn having a huge game, including a TD out of bounds and nearly overtime that would have netted them both more points...
but, if i am reading the tiebreaking rules right, i think i held on... in what ended up being a FIVE WAY TIE for first place in standings H2H in the league...
an amazing finish if anyone breaks it down and looks...

And I thought needing 26+ points out of Rice and getting it was gonna be the most unlikely invitation into the playoffs. Congrats.
