as far as Fast Willie is concerned, yeah the Steelers have tradition and all that but Fast Willie was playing in vintage Deion speed a couple of weeks ago down here in Miami - just seemed a gear quicker than all the other players First of all, the game was played IN Pittsburgh (again, stay off the drugs!)

Second, you told Scarecrow you would take Chambers over Driver??? Do you not understand that he has CRAP throwing him the ball?? People like you who take Chambers over Driver are the reason people like Scarecrow, RC, and I win.... THANK YOU!!!! :D

Third, starting Horn AND Stallworth each week is totally ridiculous. There are only about 3-4 teams you could do that with, and believe me the Saints aren't one of them. Did you not see how the Saints won their final four games????.... Deuce left, Deuce right, Deuce up the middle. You continue to be a step behind the curve as Horn's year was LAST year, and if Stallworth is going to step up, Horn's stats HAVE TO suffer.

Fourth, Ben Troupe WILL NOT be Antonio Gates. To have a year like Gates you can't have ANY competition, and Erron Kinney who WILL steal 3-4 TD's is still there. Chris Cooley has a better chance to put up numbers, but the fact that he is on your team, and you don't see that speaks for itself.

Lastly, I am also a Willie Parker fan Snake, but there is an 80% chance that he will share time after Week 2, as will Ronnie Brown after Week 5 (let me tell you ahead of time, you will regret not taking Boldin!). That basically means you BETTER start out no worse than 4-1, or it is another donation from the Snake this year.

P.S Why are you waiting to see the draft board to rip my team?? The only area in which you can say you team is close to mine is DEPTH at RB (not the starters), and again, after a few weeks, you will crawl back into your hole!

First and foremost, I think you have a really solid team. If Portis can even slighty improve from 2004 (NFFC scoring) and Dillon remains the same, your 2 RB's will be consistent.

I guess you like Clayton better than Burelson, hence taking him in 3rd round. I prefer Nate, was wishing he would come to me @ 4.04, but maybe better off because I got the coveted 3rd RB.

I def. don't blame you for grabbing C. Palmer..heck I am not sure how much better he will be then Brees....I am just pissed that team 6 would take Delhomme...maybe he was thinking about his investment into the league and if something would happen to P. Manning, then he could basically take $1250 , throw gasoline onto and light a match.

Anyway, good luck, see ya Week #2 (I think)

P.S. May your SeaBass kick many XP's after my Lamont Jordan hits pay dirt each and every Sunday [/QB][/quote]

Thanks Fisher,

Your team looks good as well, how about McGahee at 1.11? First we get teased with the possibility of Holmes, and then you look up to see McGahee sliding as well.

Not sure about the Delhomme pick. Took us by shock. As I recall, I don't believe Manning has ever missed a game???

We did like Clayton slightly better than Burleson just from the standpoint that Culpepper's output was questionable w/o Moss last year and we weren't convinced that Burleson can be a true #1. Clayton was solid last year so we felt he was the safer pick.

P.S. I think you meant to say may Lamont get stuffed at the 1 so SeaBass can get some 3-point freebies.....lol.

I tried something different this year and decided to draft the best player available versus the "I must have RBs" approach.

QB: McNabb
RB: KJones, SDavis, RWllms, Wm. Green
WR: T.O., Mason, Moulds, Toomer, Warrick, PPrice
TE: AGates, RMcMichael
D : Pitts, Philly
K : Edinger, Carney

I had the number 7 pick in Chicago League 3

RD#7- Santana Moss
RD#8- Michael Vick (Great value pick #102)
RD#9- Willie Parker (Steal of the draft, I believe the defending champ took him in the 5th or 6th round, I could be wrong though.)
RD#10- Braylon Edwards (ROY)
RD#11- Najeh Davenport
RD#12- Brian Griese (Mix & match with Volek & Vick)
RD#13- Falcons
RD#14- Ben Troupe
RD#15- Shawn McDonald (Nice sleeper)
RD#16- Shawn Bryson (Handcuff Jones)
RD#17- Billy Volek (Air McNair goes grounded, watch out with Volek and Norm Chow system)
RD#18- Neil Rackers.

Feel free to dismantle my team or give an honest opinion. Good luck to everyone.
"RESERVOIR DOGS" Las Vegas League #7, Pick #11 Not a bad looking squad at all. Getting Parker in the 9th was a steal as he went at 5.03 in Chicago 5. I personally think Vick is hard to predict and you could be "second guessing" all season as to who to start.

I think your weaknesses are at your #2 RB, because if Barlow doesn't produce, you don't have a good enough #3 WR (think Porter is WAY overrated and Curry will take catches- plus he is already injured), or a STUD TE (Clark could be OK, but I worry about the injuries) to overcome.

Parker should be good for at least 2 weeks. I like him also as I took him in the DraftChamps and the auction.

If everything goes well, your team is solid, but like everyone else, you have holes.

I had the number 7 pick in Chicago League 3 Pittsburgh AND Philly???? Your obviously an Eagles fan, but what round did you get those D's in?

Your #2 RB, a consistent #3 WR, AND flex are what could really hurt you.

Here’s my squad from Las Vegas League 6 from the 11th slot:

QB: Kerry Collins and Michael Vick (yeah, seems strange but could not resist the gamble and depth when he was around at 9.11.)

RB: Kevin Jones, Fred Taylor, Thomas Jones, Marshall Faulk, Chris Perry, Alvin Pearman

WR: Torry Holt, Darrell Jackson, Isaac Bruce, Mushin Muhammed, Ron Curry, David Patten

TE: Ben Watson and Doug Jolley (I could be in trouble here)

Def: Cincy

K: John Kasay

Very happy with how the team came out. Strength is in the wideouts and the injury contingencies. LV 6 was a great bunch to draft with and were all very well prepared.

BillyWaz,
Thanks for your opinion, I disagree with you on PORTER and D.Clark. I think they will both be HUGE this year, although Porter's hamstring is a concern. I like Barlow to bounce back and W. Parker to go OFF in week #1 and never look back. Only time will tell, good luck to your team.

this is my squad from the chicago 2, I think its pretty well rounded.

many "head scratcher" picks in this draft. What ever the guy was smoking that took mike anderson with the 6th pick...let me try some cause i could use a taste. I mean dude, he would have been available for you in the second. Me like most folks, think that this team im fielding is "top notch", and that chcago 2 is mine to lose. There is one squad with a alexander/chad j/harrisson combo i think will make some noise. i cant belive they let chad go in the 3erd. I got him pegged as the #2 recever this year. Any commments? am i delusional to think i got league chcago 2 rapped up before the first snap of the season? Anyways props to my league iv'e got a bunch of great guys in my league.

Anyone else laugh at the whole "moneymaker no show"? That was quite the sham. Who do you really think was drafting "the so called moneymaker team"
I'm starting to wonder if it ws all just a big publicity stunt. I'm guessing there was noone on the other end of the phone, or if the was it was probally moneymakers "maid" or something. And finally, how hard is it to get a couple of "decent broads" to work the draft boards? i mean the guy siiting across the table from me had a bigger rack than the girl working the draft board. Is it to much to ask for a little silicone next year? I mean iv'e found prostatutes in mexico that were easier on the eyes. If you want my help next year i'll swing by scores on friday night with a bag of some "devils drandruf" and i'll bring in some "good young talent", to work the boards. It's just a thought, since half of chicagos Draft board chicks were not qauilified for husler, and the other half were 40 year old men who probally play in one or two softball leagues, when there not debating on whether or not it's gonna be a "big mac" night, or whether or not 2 dozen crispie creams will give them a stomach ache.

anyways that was a little off topic but i'd like some "back patting" for my squad. It was my first year in the league and wasn't sure what to except.

I heard mike tysons in line for next years celebrity "phone drafter".
currently is- The Next Big Thing, not to be confused with the "Next Big Ding"...One is my Fantasy Team the other is my porno film.
