Chicago 2 got FOUR teams in the championship round (and the next team was in 41st)!

Best of luck to everyone in the championship and consolation rounds......

It should be fun!!!! :D

If I had to guess, I'd say this league was populated with more clueless owners than the normal nffc league...which enabled 4 owners to take advantage

I know people often assume that, but not really in this case.

The 3 worst teams WERE all in the 300's.

HOWEVER, the top 6 were in the top 84 (almost top 25%), and the top 11 teams were all in the top 196.

Out of those 3 "worst teams", I lost to TWO of them!

Gotta love "random H2H scheduling"!

3 teams in your league were in the 300's??? That likely played a significant role into why 4 teams from one league made the playoffs. You guys were in an 11 team league!!

What nffc league has the next three lowest teams overall?

I believe there is a direct correlation between high performance teams and their weaker counterparts. Im in a $500 satellite where 2 teams scored in the 1280's which would place them around 319 overall. The top 3 teams scored 1815, 1789, 1787 which would put all in the top 13.

The secret formula to a successful season ??Add 2 parts weak teams.

Wouldn't ANY team below #250 (bottom 25%) or so be considered a "non factor"???

I think so, and therefore I am sure almost EVERY league had AT LEAST 3 teams that fit into that category.

Therefore almost every league would be competing against 11 teams (some less I am sure!) ;)

NY4 had 5 teams playing for a spot in the chamionship until last week thinned them out a little and only the normal 2 made it.

It was a factor of 1-2 really bad teams that "took the bullet" by hitting all the Lamont Jordans and Cadillacs, only a couple of teams ended up taking the really bad picks.

I asked you half a dozen times to come to Chicago, GG, but you decided not to so don't throw stones. If I'm not mistaken, Chicago League #2 was the 2nd highest scoring league in the NFFC which means our "11 team league" was smarter than a lot of 14 team leagues. Rather than rag on us you need to start handicapping the finals.

Check out NY4 if you want to see a great example of bad owners making other teams better.

They had 4 teams that finished 295th or worse. 5 teams that could have made the championship round.
