22. Eligibility; Registration: The National Fantasy Football Championship is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence) and are a resident of the United States of America or Canada. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) residents of Washington State, Louisiana, and Montana are not eligible to register or play, and (ii) residents of Arizona, Iowa, and Vermont are eligible to register and pay the entry fee and play for fun if they so choose, but are ineligible to win any monetary prizes. All registrations must be in the full legal name of the primary team owner, though owners will have the option to add a co-manager(s).
Don't want to be a downer with all of the excitement of the new leagues, but is the language noted above in Bold new this year? I don't remember seeing it last year. Was there recent legal clarification brought forth? Either way, damnit...I think I just found my first negative to moving to Arizona.
