I definitely remember Austin last year and even with the deep bench, there are certainly star players that arise from time to time. Derek Anderson comes to mind from a couple of years ago too. Again, it's not a major complaint by any means on my part. Very minor in the overall big picture and apparently most like the bench size the way it is. As a previous poster said, it makes the draft more important, which is true.
