I HATE the fact that putting in Volek instead of Plummer would have put me in the catbird's seat. I knew he was going to play and McNair was out, I knew he could throw, I knew INDY's defense was very mediocre... and I still got on the Plummer bandwagon against my own logic. My fault - but at least it's my fault not some random victimization ;)

It would be cool to have won a baseball league AND a football league in the NF(B/F)C's!

Thanks for poking me... lol

sounds like there could be a market for this format. hmmm...Sounds like at the very least, another addition to the GEKKO league next year. By the way, thanks for including me this year and hope to get invited back next year!
I hope in the auction for you that J.Brown scores 4 or less. And that D.Jackson does not do well. We both need him not to do well.

Had another great week in MidA, (now 100+ lead, 102-15 all play LOL)

If I win that, I hope to hook up with you in baseball league.

In main, I went from 210 to 54 in 5 weeks. If D.Jackson <34, I finish 3rd for some cache. Thrilled with that after all my early injuries. Would love to see what the overall is for just the last 5 weeks.

I will endeavor (along with others, I'm sure) to fill this board with stats and info like highest average starting lineup for the 32 playoff teams, highest 4 week average score trend, etc., etc. - maybe even try to handicap the consolation bowl a bit. Anyone in the top 32 in for a skins game on the side? We can paypal some cash into someone (I can do it but don't care if someone else does) and toss in some extra cash awards to most passing points each week or most FG's kicked. If 2 teams have the same kicker then they can split it, etc. Might as well make it fun and see if everyone can pull in a little extra pocket change.

I'll start a new thread - ;)

Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?
Hmmm... a $1250 side bet on your team vs. mine? Interesting... haven't looked at any of your matchups, but I can't imagine there's much difference in expected points so it would be like flipping a coin, lol. Did the Gekko Inc. team project me flopping or you just wondering if you could have an excuse to drink heavily tonight ?
