Sent email to fanball customer service on Thursday, no response whatsoever.

Could be worse Kevin....
Like me, you could be locked out of your Fanball local league, FFOC leagues, NFBBC league, Snapdraft account, the new Fanball/NFBC website, or basically anything that uses Fanball's server.

A simple request to customer service to combine my multiple accounts (realized while planning on joining that Snapdraft NFFC league by the way)....and something screws up and I can't get into any of my accounts. Half a dozen customer service E-mails and a phone call later, its acknowledged that its a Fanball issue, that they have a programmer working on it, and they hope it'll be rectified tonight. Well its only one of the most important weekends of the season....no big deal.

I've been following the issues with the Fanball server all year....probably my biggest concern with the merger.

Everyone will get their money refunded on account.

I will look into these issues on the deposit stuff.

I think it might be a paypal thing.

Try this:

Make your initial paypal deposit of $100
Make another paypal deposit of $25

Let me know if that works.

Meanwhile -- we'll work on getting this figured out.

First I'd like to say that Mary was a big help last night and got everything working momentarily.
Unfortunately, once access was back up, I tried to change some settings to avoid future problems but instead the problem resurfaced. Just my luck, when I called Mary back, the programmer who fixed the problem originally had gone out for the night (in the future, please don't hire programmers with lives of their own....

)
Mary left the programmer a message to re-fix the problem overnight....unfortunately still not fixed this morning.
I tried calling customer service earlier to followup with Mary or John, but the office won't be open until later this morning.
Any help or followup would be appreciated.

PS....on a brighter note, I really like the Snapdraft idea for a free NFFC team (100% payout is a big bonus). I can definitely see myself joining one of those contests next week.
