AB did end up going to Cincy which I think was not smart on his part. What do you think about a LEON-LT backfield in JETs country. Do you think Matt has seen his last days as QB for Seattle? Cleveland is cleaning house & signing JAKE to be their QB, wow! Jake will be like a deer in headlights at Cleveland, which has got to be the worst football team I have seen in years. Jake had trouble with Carolina at the end and I know their line was much better than Cleveland's but Jake had lost his own self confidence but he thinks he still has good years left as a starter which is why he went to Cleveland. I think he should have just went home to Louisiana and took Brunells place as backup to Brees, heck Brunell has got to be closing in on 50!

As far as the Jets, unfortunately you've got it wrong with their running game. Its SG and LT2...Leon Washington is going to be very frustrated, demoted to 3rd down duties. He will still shine in this position, but I'd expect an unhappy Leon Washington in training camp when he's on the sidelines watching old man LT2 taking "his" snaps.

I had heard on our local sports show that AB had decided not to pursue Cincy but I went to ESPN to track him down & they say he did sign with Cincy so it now seems possibly their wr's ( ocho, AB, & Matt ) are very promising & solid looking on paper. I know there were rumors that AB was interested in Carolina but Carolina has absolutely done nothing but unload payroll. Fans are outrageous & its a wonder S,Smith hasn't requested an "out" due to whats going on. Owner Richardson made out like he was dropping a couple high priced players like Peppers so he could actively pursue quality free agents with all the money he would save but that hasn't happened. Fans feel like they now are the "pittsburgh pirates" of football. richardson had recently had a heart transplant & fans now say he came out with a "bad COLD heart" with the way he's going about free agency & player signings. As for the Jets, I didn't forget about SG. I figured with them letting TJ move on that SG would definitely be the feature back, but I know how big LW has come up for them in lots of games & I was a little confused on what role or how his role would change with the addition of LT. The Jets have a great line and run very well, but I like everyone else wonder how much LT has left in the tank. I for one have always been a big LT fan so I would love to see him have great success with the Jets & show everyone that he wasn't finished in SD. I've always seen LT in the sunshine whether in Texas at TCU or beautiful SD so the image of LT in cold windy NY is hard to believe & vision but I'm pulling for him.

NY Papers say Shonn Green is getting all the carries with LT2 as the change of pace back, with LW getting 3rd down duties. LW isn't too happy with this.
