look at all the owners this affects:

Brady: devastating, losing your first round pick.
Moss: really bad, makes him more of a WR2 instead of a 1st round pick.
Welker: devastating, I think he's more of a low end WR3 now.
Maroney,Morris: eh, gues it's not terrible for them.
Watson: bad news.
Gaffney: drop him.

I know this sounds crazy, but if you believe in karma, you gotta wonder if this happened because of "Spygate" and the Pats running the score up on everyone.

The loser of the previous year's Super Bowl almost always has a disappointing season. Looks like no exception here, unless Cassel shocks the world.
