You guys take this and run. It is your league. Just provide all draft results in an Excel document for STATS to upload this and then someone also include a list of the winning bids so that STATS can change the FAAB totals for each owner.

I think this example has already proven a point, that getting 28 owners and me to understand the concept is tough to do. I can't imagine getting everyone in line if we grew to 600+ teams. But anything is possible, I guess. But three owners never took the time to provide bids and that's what I'm afraid would happen if we opened this up to the masses and all of those people got stuck with the 13th and 14th picks because they didn't understand the draft bid process.

Just my two cents.

Greg, that's why it's such a good idea to try these things out in battle.

I'm still going to lobby for the roster change if League B thinks it added to their enjoyment.

I knew this wouldn't be a true representation of how it would work and create some confusion. Couple things to note...
1) The bid evals would be done via STATS software, not manually. Obviously a manual bid eval would take a lot of time and could lead to some inaccurate results.
2) Dyv and you bascially put this league together in 3-4 days. the time constraints placed on owners could have contributed to owners not submitting bids. I think you even said that by sunday morning you still hadn't heard from a couple people about charging their credit cards.
3) If people can figure out the FA bidding process they can figure out the draft slot process. A few examples could clearly show how it's done.

we have a lot of time to discuss.

Ok, catching up here. Appears the draft lists need to be re-listed to accurately reflect what people bid. I'll post a final draft list determination in a few minutes as I sort through the process and then re-list it here. This will be the final draft list.

I need email addresses from everyone who particpiated so I can fill out the draft site list, some I have - others I do not. Could you please email me at [email protected] with your Message Board ID so I can efficiently process the logins in the next SHORT timeframe? I should be able to beat MNF, perhaps more quickly

If it gets to the point where you get that last spot, you would have it for 0, because every one else has their pick. Not if you think 14 is better than 10 (for example)

FINAL DRAFT LIST ORDER League A

Ok, upon further review, there is undisputable video evidence that the draft order should be:

1 Liquid Hippo ($520)
2 Bruce Barnard ($251)
3 Bears ($425)
4 KJ Duke ($406)
5 Jim H ($276)
6 Brad Brown ($190)
7 Dorkknocker ($301)
8 NNOY ($110)
9 Gekko ($28)
10 David Ondzes ($114)
11 UFS ($0)
12 Vega$ Gambler$ ($0)
13 Chris Schinker ($0)
14 Jeff Price ($0)

*Note: David Ondzes bids were not listed above, but he did submit them before any postings were made. His full list gives him #10 pick for $114

*Note2: My daughter randomly chose between Price, Vega$, Schinker and UFS - I assigned the name slips she drew into the slots from 11-14 in the order she pulled them. (Her name is Heather [age 6] if you wish to lambast or applaud her. She told me to tell you all to kiss her ass if you're not happy because she's got dance class right now and doesn't care)
