I'd fire him today for not benching Beckham during the game. You can't let players run amok like that. I don't care who they are and how important they are to your team. This is the same head coach who essentially benched David Wilson for an entire season because he fumbled. I understand superstars are treated differently but you can't allow behavior like that to occur on your team. Beckham not getting tossed by the officials was a joke (they should be suspended for what it's worth) and Coughlin letting his star player go crazy during a game was a bigger joke.
His reasoning is, "he was trying to win the game".
