no way vjax goes to pats. they dont like problem childs. they could have had dez bryant but passed. plus chargers would not help pats which is playoff threat.

Everyone is talking about the Patriots....what does this do to the Vikings (if it even happens of course)???

Those holding on to Sidney Rice obviously would take a hit.

Bump for Visanthe Shiancoeas the middle would be open.

HUGE bump for Adrian Peterson. Having to worry about a deep threat like Moss would open a ton of running lanes.

I think Percy Harvin stays the same.

Very interesting trade....and Moss would get to play 16 weeks....

he didn't play yesterday, did he???

Aren't we talking about them trading the ultimate problem child? How about Corey Dillon? Lots of teams passed on Dez Bryant. The playoff threat point is legit.

HUGE bump for Favre for obvious reasons. I also think it helps Harvin significantly as well. He thrived last season teamed with Rice. It also helps Shiancoe's value since defenses now can't key too heavily on him.

It would also be a major boost for Moss. The Patriots aren't throwing the ball to him. It's safe to say that wouldn't be the case in Minnesota. It also means one extra game for Moss since the Vikings have already had their bye. That's another big boost for his value. He'd be the only player to play in 17 games potentially this season.

I don't really get this from NE's perspective. That's gonna be a whole lot of 8 yard crossing routes. I guess they think Tate is better than he's shown. The Patriots organization is a business first. I doubt they see Tate as a threat. I don't see VJax in NE either. This is a 100% business situation (ask Branch, Milloy, Law, and others) for the Pats.

IMO Moss still has 2 seasons as a WR 1, and maybe 2 as a WR 1-2...

2011 if there's a season: Favre watch all over again if Moss is traded to Vikes and signs ext ? I think so...
Projection 2010: Either winning my Classic LV/Chicago Dual League, or making it to the Catalina Wine Mixer.

Moss will catch 10 TDs with Favre

Rice is toast this season

Shiancoe will catch more passes but lose GL looks

Peterson will possibly hit 2000 yards

Harvin will get lost in the shuffle
2008- Didn't finish last overall in the Classic.
2009- Didn't finish last overall in the Classic or Primetime.

IT'S OFFICIAL.....

Randy Moss-WR-Patriots Oct. 6 - 8:51 am et

Patriots trade WR Randy Moss to the Minnesota Vikings for 2011 third-round pick.

Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter

So my question for this week is this....

does Revis even suit up at risk of being less than 100% against the guy who made him strain his hamstring in the first place???
