Greg, get a flat rate per participant.
Then make that an option on the entry fee.
Problem solved.

John I could be mistaken, but i think I have played against John in WCOFF. Is he new to this event and a WCOFF vet?

Greg, how much does the insurance cost? Can I sell you the insurance? I'd love to get some free money every year!

Greg, The million has to be a great marketing tool and the fact that 11 owners went into the playoffs this year with a chance to win it is someting I would try to sell.
I do have a suggestion that might work for you. Instead of paying 100K for each championship and the million bonus. Just payout the $1,000,000 if someone wins it all. Would that lower the cost of the insurance enough to make affordable?
