Prob. not the right place for this but received a bankruptcy notice today for Gridiron Sports filed in Goergia.

Not surprised as it always comes whent he firsbig lawsuit is filed.

 I'm sure the first lawsuit brought this action. So this is for Gridiron Sports, right?

I'd be interested in learning more about this Joe. If there's any links or anything you can send me I'll take it. [email protected]. Thanks.
[/QUOTE]I have access to PACER, the federal court system used for filings. I can access all these crooks' filings with the court at the office tomorrow.

It does not mean all of them are owed money. what they try to do is find all the creditors that exist beyond what they know, so that they too can get notification that they are being screwed.

Just skimmed the list and I see the name of "Steve Somers" is there. This has to be the great Steve Somers of WFAN radio out of NYC. One of the funniest and most entertaining talk show hosts EVER.

http://www.fantasyplayersassociation.co ... -re-wcoff/ interesting how red flags such as
*late payments,
*excuses from ownership,
*message board censorship etc.,
were all listed as possibly indicating liquidity issues, but nothing about contests allowing players to "roll over" prize money. that is EASILY one of the biggest red flags IMO. for the contests that allow this (wcoff was one), does anyone know where that money is kept? is it in escrow?
