NFFC Satellite League Results

No way you will have to set 7 to get him Rob. He should be there at 11...... no problem.

These drafts were quite different. #1 was VERY WR heavy, and #2 seemed to have a lot of 'huh' picks..

Manning and Portis in round 1, Gates in round 2....

Thanks for posting these Greg.....great research tool. Any other satellites/average picks you can post are always appreciated.
A few things I noticed in them...
- I've often seen MJD go around the round 1/2 turn, but these drafters went with WR instead and he slipped into the middle of round 2 (worries about Fred Taylor's presence seem likely)
- What a variation on Portis...round 1 in one and round 3 in another. He is truly one of the boom-or-bust picks this year.
- Jamal Lewis in round 3 in one and round 5 in the other. Another sketchy guy....do we trust the positive reports from Browns camp or the slow, plodding Lewis when have seen in recent years.
- I randomly picked a draft spot and used my list to see who I would have taken in each draft. All 6 of my picks were different in each one. Crazy, but that's why it's exciting!

Agreed and I will add more results to this thread each day. I just want to mix up the results so that nobody knows which satellite league this came from. But the results are a great research tool and more than that I want everyone to see how the 3RR is playing out. You can see it's making a difference.

I'll post another result soon. We'll have two more satellite leagues tomorrow and then the schedule really picks up. So we'll be able to mix in a few more as the days go by and again just give you six rounds of great information.

MockDraftCentral.com also compiles an NFFC ADP on their site and that's great information too. Everyone who is signed up for the NFFC should have a free account for MDC. If you don't have one, contact us and we'll get you set up there.

I think we'll try for another $100 league after the drafts and add in a $250 and a $500 too. We just have to get those dates to STATS and then allow you to sign up online. I'll get on that soon.

I really like what team 13 did in the 2nd satellite. I would love to see how they completed their roster, but from the first 6 rounds, they have a winner. Gotta love the 3RR.
