Answer that Mr. Glass House. does it matter what the reason is? let's go with "my mom told me to sit him". there's no glass house going on here. most (if not all) of the time i rib someone on the MB is because they did it to me first. i sound like a school kid, but that's how some of you are. i gotta stoop to that level to relate. you rib me, you might want to get ready for a little ribbing FROM me. fair? maybe you're in the glass house?

LOL.... I can rib with the best of them. Serve them everyday if ya know what I mean.

What was your $$ projection on Faulk? e-mail me the file so I can see if it is worth buying. Maybe I can sell a ton for you like I do for others.

I knew it was a big risk, but it looked at the time that I rec'd very good value, about $13 worth.

You must be real good to have the ability to control injuries to your team so that you can make statements that suggest that any Manning owner is a lock to make the playoffs.

Last time I looked, we need to start 10 players. At best Manning is great enough to cover 1 or 2 of them. So if the rest of your team sucks and/or is injured, how can they make the playoffs?

LOL, I just looked.. With my 92.7 so far this week, I am 12.95 out of the money, and 26.55 out of the playoffs. If I can get McAllister, C.Taylor, Kennison, Chad Johnson, Branch, and Philly to stay even with the other teams, (a huge long shot, but just ask Greg how lucky I can get at times), I'll have a chance Week 13. If not, I'll have a legit shot at the consolation bracket.

At the moment, I'm only 46 teams behind yours. Gotta take it when I get can get it with all those injuries I had.

for those ranting about manning.. i wonder how many teams in the top 15 even have him on their teams... i see lots of owners who got "lucky" with players like tiki barber, who going into the season few owners wanted due to him seemingly losing his hold on job due to fumbles and the new coach liking dayne in pre season.. those who got him generally got him because he was one of the LAST viable starting RB's available. and lots of reggie wayne owners are high in standings.. again, a player who has put up stud like numbers when he was supposed to be a number 2 wr...

i think the league prize should go to the regular season winner.. no playoff needed. thats the purpose of the regular season and being the strongest team over the entire season. making the playoffs is where we take the shot at the big money prizes. i would not want a one week, crap shoot playoff format to determine winners and thus make what happened throughout the season less meaningful...

gordon...

a win loss record over an entire season is WAY LESS of a crap shoot then a playoff game or playoff series is... and having all prizes going to the "total points" leader makes many teams just quit when they fall too far behind...

Gordon, does anyone still want a one-week playoff in Week 12 for the $5,000? no, it should be a three-week playoff (week 14-16) to determine the league champ...at least that's what jason tells me. run the league playoffs concurrently with the main event playoffs. [/QUOTE]I like this idea
