Oh well, what's 1 more league

I vote, of course, for

PLAN B

Edited to add:

Dyv, obviously we'll need to decide Plan A versus Plan B before we bid on draft slots.

I just looked on Yahoo and only tomorrow showed as available for an online draft. Do you have other thoughts on how to do the draft?

Xpertleagues are no longer offering free Survivor leagues...which we could have used for a draft.

MFL is offering a 2 week free trial for new customers.

Does the Stats Commissioner service have drafting capability?

Got it, Brad - draft will either happen next Monday/Tuesday or the season will fold.

Stats will manage the leagues on this site as long as we don't get too ridiculous in the alterations we need to customize it. The draft order process is irrelevant of Stats, so no issue. Running the season through week 17 shouldn't be any issue. Changing roster requirements might be a small one, but if we're going to experiment, let's get our 14 and then take a vote. Majority rules among the 14 and if it's a tie we'll leave it 'as is'

So, who is in? Draft position FA bidding is PART of this league, if you don't like that, don't join.

The roster structure will be by vote of participants.

So, are you in and do you want the rosters to be:

A. QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, Flex, TE, K, D
or
B. QB, RB, WR, WR, WR, Flex, Flex, TE, K, D

Brad is in, with a vote for A
Dyv is in, with a vote for B (what the heck, right?)
Gekko is in, vote not clarified yet.

Thanks!

Dave I'm in....

Option A though. Don't want to rest two things here.

Monday night would be best. Tue might be difficult.

Just an idea.... I could put everyone on a toll free conference call.

If we do 5 mins per round, 90 mins total, then it would cost $15 per owner.

I have a credit card link or paypal.

Just an idea. No biggy if too much money.

Minimum time = 2.5 to 3 hrs.

A free chat room provides the same capability as a phone call, with the benefit of having a written record.

I would definitely recommend a chat room of some sort. Maybe a Messenger chat room or AOL Messenger chat room?

AOL Messenger ID's are free so everyone would just have to get to a computer at a set time.

With this group a conference call is a great option. I’ve done a few of John’s UFS drafts in the past and it goes: pick, 2 seconds, pick, 2 seconds, pick etc. His drafts can get 15+ rounds done in an hour. We all purportedly KNOW what we are doing, so a 15 second time limit per pick is acceptable.
