7-Calvin Johnson
8-Roddy White
9-Fitzgerald (pending new QB)
10-MJD
11-Best
12-Gore (pending new QB)
13-Bowe
14-Steven Jackson

I know it's different, but that's my starting point.

I love Best and took him in many leagues this year. What a bang to start!

Then he killed many teams of mine. Luckily I picked up Hillis in a lot of those.

I think Best will be a good back in this league but he is just too injury prone to take in the 1st in IMO.

Hillis deserves to be a first rounder, but you dont know whats gonna happen here. Hardest back, and possibly a new coach. Hillis may be a short yardage back.
(By the way....Colt McCoy killed Hillis' playoff value b/c he refused to throw him the damn ball! Hillis had 4-9 catches a game with Delhomme in there.)

Bowe is another great WR I do not trust in Rnd #1.

S Jax would be a first rounder if they would throw him the freaking rock! I do not get that. Him and CJ are great in space yet both teams went away from passing them the ball this year. Makes no sense to me.

Maybe Arizona signs McNabb or someone then Fitz bumps up.

I wouldnt touch S Jackson with the top 30 picks, no way.He has lost a step and never finds the end zone.

If Vick goes in the top four picks, shouldn't Rodgers and Brady also go in the first round? It's hard to imagine those two going much lower than Vick. But it would be very tough to see three quarterbacks go in the first round.

Should be an interesting draft once again. Let's just hope that a labor agreement is reached by the Super Bowl so that we can enjoy an off-season of drafting and researching. Should be fun.

next year is going to be wide spread. your going to get your hype guys and teams drafting from this year. nobody has mr. steady ( reggie wayne ) in the top 14. i would take him over bowe or s.jax in a heartbeat.

To each his own, but I can see any or all of these going before the first QB is taken;

AP, CJ, MJD, Foster, Charles, SJax, Rice, Gore, McCoy, Mendenhal, DMc, Best

AJ, Roddy, Calvin, Nicks, Jennings, Fitz, Bowe

OK, seriously, here is my super-early top 14:

1.AP- if they get him a real QB
2.Foster- unless Kubiak gets canned. Then I move him to about 6th
3.CJ- if they get him a QB other than VY. Otherwise he also moves down to about 8th
4.R. Rice
5.MJD
6.Andre Johnson
7.Roddy White
8.L. McCoy
9.F. Gore
10.Fitz- if they get him a QB otherwise he gets moved to 14th
11.Wayne
12.Charles
13.Jennings
14.Calvin

Others in consideration:

Nicks
Moreno- if Kubiak heads to Denver
Bowe
Best
Dez Bryant- sorry Miles, the run is over
