You draft him then, snake but, I don't touch rookie running backs until they prove they can handle the load. Gordo could be 0-6 before Steven Jackson starts to shine. The only rookie back to come through last year was Dominick Davis and he didn't start shining until Week 7 or 8.

On another note, I think it's safe to say there is a better chance of you starting the NFFC season 0-6, than me. Thanks.

I heard Fred Taylor may get injured this year.
Take it to the bank - he could get injured.
Draft accordingly

All of this discussion about Faulk is why we have him listed as one of our potential "Wild Cards" for the upcoming season. We listed 10 guys who could make or break fantasy seasons and Faulk's at the top of the list. It'll be interesting to see how this situation plays out.

Faulk will break a lot of fantasy seasons. $1,250 down the drain. If you get Faulk, you better back him up with S.Jackson in the 5th and L.Gordon in the 10th.
I pity the poor soul in my league who drafts Faulk. I will be selecting S.Jackson in the 5th. That owners fantasy season will be over at that point. Sorry in advance to that guy (or girl).

[/QUOTE]It will be interesting to see where Jackson goes and if a non-Faulk owner (such as yourself) makes a push to get him to potentially put the Faulk owner in a bind. Of course, all this is assuming Jackson is going to step right into the Rams' offense and perform at a high level. I'm not saying he won't, but as a rookie there's no way to know for sure that he can. So even if you're a Faulk owner and miss out on Jackson, you may end up with a solid RB option later who will produce if/when Faulk misses time.
But there's no question that if you take an injury-prone RB or someone in a possible time-sharing backfield, the biggest question you must ask yourself is what round will you go for the handcuff?
