Satellite Tournament for entry into 2005 NFFC
Early returns have it happening via the Internet on the Tuesday evening following the NFFC draft. Got 8 owners in (including me). Need 6 more. First come first serve.
Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?

Yawn. Took you this long to come up with a plan that keeps the winnings out of the winner's hands for 6 months? I bet if you took a couple more weeks, you could have put together a low dollar league that pays out in a 30 year annuity.

League will be on NFFC website
League may be featured in next year's magazine
Move along. Thanks.

Okay. Let's shoot for a draft via the Internet, beginning around 8:30pm. Site - to be determined.
Here's who we got so far
1. Scarecrow
2. JerseyPaul
3. Don Thompson
4. Gekko
5. JB
6. Dyv
7. Jason
8. Ico Jones
9. Mr Bill
5 spots left. Who else is interested?
I envision this as an annual event, which may get billing in Fantasy Sports magazine. Get in on the ground level.
Where are all the "tough guy" Gekko bashers now? Can't put their money where their mouths are???
Dyv, I may need to bounce a couple ideas off you which are too difficult to explain via e-mail. Shoot me your phone number via e-mail. Thanks.

Just for the sake of fairness, I present this comparison of the Gekko tournament and the all the various satellite tournaments being organized on these boards:
Number of teams:
Gekko - 14 Others - None
Prize Payout:
Gekko ~100% Others - None
Effort put in by organizers:
Gekko - a lot Others - None
Hope that helps people decide which satellite tournament to enter.

Hello. My name is Lee Scoresby. I come from Texas, like flying hot-air balloons, being eaten by talking polar bears and fantasy football.
