Jeff, all good things come to those who wait. Just sometimes, you have to wait a lot longer than expected...lol
I'm glad to see you are in better spirits and a better financial situation. Eat a filet mignon tonight, just for the hell of it!

I just told Jules that the NFFC is filled with great competitors but mostly it's filled with great people!

Congrats, Jeff! Glad to hear you will be drinking Starbucks in the Mariott in a few weeks, instead of H2O in Indy.
If you lived down here, you would probably be ecstatic to have sold your house in 10 months. We have houses in our neighborhood that have been for sale for 2 years+++++, while remaining vacant. I'm sure SNAKE can attest, every neighborhood down here has the streets littered with for sale signs, the market is horrible.
I know you are aware of the seasons. While it's hard to make it through the bad ones, please remember after the darkest night always comes the brightest day! Without the pain and suffering, we could never truly enjoy the grace and love. Keep the faith.

Route C,
I went through the same thing this past year in Evansville - 2 mortgage payments for almost 18 months. It can eat you lunch fast. I sell real estate in Evansville and we probably have a very similiar market to yours. I wish you the best with your home sale.
Wayne Thanks Wayne! Good luck to you as well...both in real estate and the NFFC. How long have you been in real estate? I've been a custom home builder for 20+ years prior to switching to real estate.
I've been doing alot of prospecting and open houses this summer. I hope it begins to pay off soon.
I've been selling for a little over 20 years. I got started young so I've paid my dues.
My double payments were actually a spec house that didn't sell that I eventually moved into. I seem to have several people each year relocate to Indy so send me some information and I'll be glad to try and send some business your way. My email is .

Thanks everyone for the encouraging words. I tell people all the time that the NFFC has the greatest people in it and you all just continue to prove that statement to be true.

Prayer, brother, prayer. Works miracles when you add a little faith. Wouldn't be the NFFC without you but as you said, I'd be one friend richer.
