The Manningham call was BS.

Billy, Manningham had that TD.

I've seen 3 obvious TD's taken away this season by a defender that either smashed a wr and took the penalty or just blatantly held the wr and took the penalty. There has to be a rule to award the TD to a receiver if it looks like a definite TD and a defender decides to do this and take the penalty. It's becoming more and more common to go this route and not give up the TD on defense. Taking out a wr should NOT be an option, with only a pass interference penalty to worry about.
