Who's Coming To The NFFC?

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Wed Jul 07, 2004 3:11 am

It's good to welcome another familiar face (and always smiling, I might add) to the NFFC as Charlie Gillespie is back for more fun after competing in the National Fantasy Baseball Championship. Charlie, of Prospect, Kentucky, is our 27th NFBC member to re-up for football and we're glad to have him back as his baseball team is moving on up in the Chicago League standings and fighting for a league title. However, when it comes to football, Charlie and co-manager Jason Aberli are heading for the excitement of Las Vegas on Draft Day and will be competing in the NFFC's main event and in the Auction League at the Flamingo Hotel & Casino. Welcome to our growing NFFC family guys and best of luck in the hunt for the $200,000 grand prize, the $5,000 league prize and the $4,000 Auction League prize.

New York now has the highest number of signups for the NFFC draft, but all three cities are drawing well. Welcome aboard Michael and best of luck in the hunt for the $200,000 grand prize.

Now this is the type of signup I like to see!!! Scott Billings of Houston, Texas and co-manager Christopher Quinn have signed up for the NFFC's main event at the Flamingo Las Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 4th and both guys will also be competing in our four-man scramble golf event on Friday morning, Sept. 3rd. Golf is being held at the Royal Links Golf Club, one of the most exclusive clubs in Las Vegas, so be prepared guys. Anyway, Scott and Christopher are new to our family of high stakes games and we welcome them with open arms. Good luck in the hunt for the $200,000 grand prize and good luck staying out of the six-foot deep bunkers at the golf event. Looks like you guys will have a full weekend of fun.

Thanks Greg. Glad to be a part of the contest.

For the record, Neal is my last name not first. It happens all the time, but I just want to clarify for registration purposes.
