Potential Scoring Change

YOU signed up with the rules already in place. Now, YOU have to live with it.

As for NEXT year, you may have a point in moving the date back (if possible)

Again, why don't you give Greg a call instead of calling him out on the boards. I wish I did before I went ballistic earlier in the year.
Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?

Greg can change this in an instant with little fanfare. He should have done it a long time ago, instead of allowing stats to continue to be scored incorrectly. And he still has a chance to right the wrong.

Will the NFFC continue to allow incorrect stats to stand even though they are officially corrected? if it's after the deadline stated in the rules (which everyone signed up for), YES.

Now, NEXT year might be open for debate.
Nonsense. This is something that Greg should've acted on immediately. This is the right thing to do instead of allowing stats to be scores incorrectly. Changing the day from Wednesday to Friday is benefitial to all, even if not all agree to the change.
Then why not ask NICELY in the first place???

Instead, you have to be "anti-NFFC". You (like a few others on this board) will NEVER admit they are wrong, so I doubt you will see (or admit) you could of wrote your original post a little more "cordial" instead of being what has become a too common "anti NFFC Nag".
Sorry, I'm not cordial. And I don't really care if I'm percieved to be "anti NFFC".
Yet you play in this contest, complain about it, but would defend WCOFF, Ant Sports, etc. if someone said something about them.

My point is if you don't like the rules or the way things are done here..... DON'T PLAY!

Like Gekko said, you signed up and knew the rules.
Stop being a child with the "you knew the rules" attitude.

Elias has made it a habit to announce changes ni Thursday this year. I don't remember it being such an "official" timetable in the past. Having realized this - and it was pointed out by me and others - the Wednesday deadline should have been moved back.
Right, and you're also the guy who believes knowing your Win/Loss for the week as it affects bidding is more important than getting the stats corrected.

Our rules about scoring changes are quite clear and listed in our Rules section. As always, we're happy to hear any suggestions about changes going forward. But for this season the rules are in place.

How would one reconcile the following? Being that both are in the contract we signed.

All NFFC scoring is subject to changes after games are played, but all NFFC scoring is finalized by noon EST each Wednesday for that week's games.

D. Scoring: The National Fantasy Football Championship will use a head-to-head scoring setup. Scoring will be accumulated each week from your 10 starters. Scores in the NFFC are finalized with no changes possible after noon CST each Thursday after the weekend games.
