NFL Sunday Ticket This Year

I tried pulling out the cancellation card several weeks ago, adding that I've been a subscriber for seven years.

I even asked for a supervisor. When I said I will cancel without a discount, he said "If that's what you choose" and my bluff was called.

If you haven't checked out the NFL Red Zone package, I suggest you do. We split our big-screen and put that up on the side with the audio, and whatever game we're interested in on the right side. For fantasy purposes, it covers ALL the TDs, and much of the better drives that occur throughout the day.

We like it a lot and it's cheap.

I don't know if Direct TV offers RZ? Cox is our local cable provider. From a quick glance at DirecTV's site, it looks like RZ is included with the Sunday Ticket - IOW, they'll throw that in if you're dishing out (haha, "dish"? pun intended ) $300+/yr for their NFL package, but they probably realize that they'd lose a lot of Sunday Ticket customers if they could buy the RZ channel separately like with cable.
