I think the most important thing I get from this thread is how much the NFFC MEANS to many here. My experience is very similar to that of BillyWaz. This event has had a profound impact on my life and I cannot imagine an NFL season without it. I think the 14 team league is perfection.. I think the H2H (though it has stung me personally) must be a part of the process as it provides constant week to week action.
Speaking of "action"... that is the other word I get from this thread. Even those who posted saying they have not had good results in a while or even ever (in the NFFC) they are still fueled by the "action" and thrills the competition provides.
I have said this in numerous threads and even in interviews for the documentary for fantasy sports, that was filmed some in NYC... I believe the NFFC is the premier fantasy football competition that exists. It might not be for the MOST money.. It might not have the longest history... It might not have the traditional format... but to me, it is the premier event and will grow into that title even more as time goes by.
