I am going on that premise too, KJ, as there is no other explanation for having a schedule or records. If Dyv is busy we need Greg to step in and handle it.

Greg, Though you say its not your game you handled the money on this. I think its best that you sort this out. DYV said that he was busy with life on our league page and responded the next week to another post. So DYV is able to respond.
If this has become a bust than refund everyone's money and we'll continue for fun. Greg, You and Tom are involved in this league. For what ever reason trying to pass this off because of DYV won't wash. Many joined this because you both were involved. It's not like this contest would have made it on the LBS web site.

I don't think we need to resort to refunds, but this must get resolved ASAP. Greg, I think it should be your call on what happens here.

[/QUOTE]I was under the assumption that the records did matter and that there would be a playoff for the individual honor, but that the total points of the top five teams from each side would determine the team champion. Yeah, I'm running this league and involved (a weak 3-3 by the way as my team is weaker than my record), but Dyv set it up. If we have a post from him in September that says records determine the playoff teams, then that's what we'll go with.

What is all the fuss about? I have best record, and after tonight, the most points too; and am sitting on top of the WORLD.

Seriously, I understand why teams behind me in the standings want to make this a 4 team playoff scenario. I really don't care, but would like to nail down the details either way. I am very confused. About 20 posts back DVY said this was "total points" through 16 weeks and that record was simply to determine which set of teams (WORLD or LBS) was better.

However, it sounds like Greg made this official, and we are playing for only 13 weeks, and only 4 teams will move forward for the final 3 weeks (best record and next 3 highest scoring teams). Those 4 teams will start out week 14 with thier average weekly points and sprint to the finish for the prize of "free entry to either the NFBC or NFFC over weeks 14, 15 and 16. IS THIS FINALLY CORRECT?

I really don't want to hear team number 5 crying about this being a 16 week marathon when week 13 is completed. So it is written, so it shall be done.
