All Of The Leagues Are Now Live

Gents - Team St George in the LBS vs The World Monday Draft (League B) has 11 active players in his lineup. 4 WR, 2 RB and 1 Flex. Is there a glitch in the system that it allowed him to enter an extra starter? Or, maybe he has a warning message that I can't see as I look at my opponents lineup. If the system accepted the extra player we may have a problem.
